This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of subprojects by implementing specific modules of our ERP system WOWIPORT for clients, configuring these modules, and enabling client staff to utilize WOWIPORT effectively.
• You will independently manage your appointments, whether on-site or remote, ensuring client participation and monitoring the budget for the subproject.
• Collaboration with the Project Manager will be essential as you work on budget management, scheduling, quality control, status reporting, and addressing escalation issues, while also communicating any project changes to the team.
• As the subject-matter expert for the WOWIPORT key users at the client company for your designated modules, you will share your knowledge internally within the team.
• You will maintain the data related to your subproject using the project management tool Asana.
• Proactively, you will communicate suggestions for optimization and development strategies to enhance efficiency, as well as create or update training materials.
• You have completed training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkauffrau/Immobilienkaufmann) or possess a degree focused on real estate or housing management, or have an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the housing and real estate sector is required, preferably with a focus on homeowners' association (condominium) administration, banking, membership management, technical property management, financial accounting, or similar fields.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for IT, possess experience with housing industry software, and have a keen interest in learning new technologies and tools.
• Clear and open communication skills are essential, enabling you to convey complex information understandably both within the team and while working with clients.
• You are capable of planning and prioritizing your tasks independently to efficiently achieve your goals.
• Willingness to travel for in-person client visits across Germany is required.
