This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist territory-focused Real Estate Directors in managing real estate transactions, documentation, schedules, and deal activities.
• Provide administrative and project management assistance throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal departments to facilitate deal execution.
• Develop and maintain data-driven retail real estate site selection packages for executive review.
• Monitor landlord construction schedules in relation to Burlington’s critical path and project timelines.
• Oversee assigned projects, identify potential delays and risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Track open items and follow up diligently to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Aid in the development of site plans for LOI/ELOI packages and take part in site visits.
• Maintain real estate tracking databases that encompass deal metrics, lease terms, expirations, statuses, and portfolio information.
• Confirm updates with landlords and brokers, ensuring the integrity of portfolio data.
• Generate reports and insights to facilitate real estate decision-making.
• Lead special projects assigned, including those involving bankruptcies, portfolio initiatives, and urgent real estate matters.
• Enhance transaction workflows, lease documentation, reporting, project tracking, and data management processes.
• Attend regional ICSC shows and engage in site visits as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, construction, lease administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience in retail or corporate real estate is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred experience in real estate database management.
• Capacity to track and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Analytical skills to create and manage real estate tracking tools and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
