This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ As the ALB sales agent for your designated territory, you will be tasked with building a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management.
β’ Engage in proactive prospecting: identify property owners and persuade them to trust you with their property management.
β’ Negotiate and finalize management agreements with property owners.
β’ Oversee operational management: coordinate cleaning and maintenance services and maintain relationships with both owners and guests.
β’ Expand your client portfolio to create a steady stream of recurring monthly income.

β’ Skilled in persuading and establishing trust with property owners.
β’ Experience in real estate, sales, or other fields (such as hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.); motivation is key.
