Real Estate Manager – Central Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and enhancement of Bagel Brands’ real estate development pipeline, which encompasses site identification, trade area analysis, deal tracking, reporting, and coordination throughout various phases of the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external brokers, landlords, and developers to facilitate new store growth initiatives and ensure timely advancement of development projects.

• Investigate and evaluate existing and potential trade areas using demographic tools and market data.

• Perform site visits, market tours, and property assessments alongside brokers and company leadership.

• Monitor and manage development workflows, schedules, and key milestone dates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate, development, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a similar discipline.

• Basic understanding of the real estate development process.

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based project management systems like Smartsheet.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented setting.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as business needs dictate.
