Real Estate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate projects from the site selection phase through design and support until the shop's opening.

• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors, retail activities, and growth trajectories.

• Cultivate relationships with headquarters departments, community leaders, government representatives, brokers, landlords, Build-To-Suit Developers, and vendors.

• Employ GIS systems for demographic insights and modeling information to formulate a growth strategy.

• Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and aid in lease negotiations.

• Deliver timely and precise updates regarding the status of all development activities within the designated territory.

• Ensure ongoing communication with HQ departments to keep them informed about site opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate is essential.

• Familiarity with build-to-suits, leases, land usage, development processes, building permits, and construction project management is advantageous.

• This role necessitates driving, with a minimum of 40% of the time allocated for travel.
