Real Estate Leads Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee and allocate incoming real estate leads in a prompt, organized, and strategic fashion.

• Facilitate relocation inquiries and referrals through both internal and external networks.

• Monitor lead activity, follow-up statuses, and conversion results using dedicated platforms.

• Act as the liaison between referring parties and the receiving agent or team.

• Keep precise records of lead assignments, referrals, and their outcomes.

• Supervise lead pipelines to ensure no opportunities are overlooked.

• Communicate in a professional and timely manner with agents, coordinators, and partners.

• Assist in reporting and performance tracking related to lead generation and conversion.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager, ideally within a large brokerage or real estate firm (experience with an individual agent or very small team may not be adequate).

• Practical experience managing real estate leads on at least one of the following platforms: eRelocation by ASK AnywheRE, Leads Engine by Realogy, Broker Center by Cartus, Global Referral Network by Sotheby’s International Realty, or CIH Network by Compass Real Estate.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills.

• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.

• Experience at a recognized large brokerage — ideally Sotheby’s International Realty or Compass Real Estate, though equivalent experience at another reputable real estate firm will be accepted.

• Knowledge of real estate referral and relocation processes.

• Proven ability to handle high volumes of leads while maintaining quality and responsiveness.

• Comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms in a dynamic environment.
