Real Estate Leads Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and assign incoming real estate leads across various internal platforms.

• Monitor lead progress and ensure agents conduct timely follow-ups.

• Keep precise records and updates in relocation/referral systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams and agents to facilitate effective lead distribution.

• Oversee pipelines to guarantee that no lead goes unattended.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager in a large real estate brokerage.

• Practical experience with at least one of the following platforms: – eRelocation (by ASK) – AnywheRE / Leads Engine (by Realogy) – Broker Center (by Cartus) – Global Referral Network (by Sotheby’s International Realty) – CIH Network (by Compass Real Estate).

• Background in working with reputable brokerages (e.g., Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, or similar).

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) at C1/C2 level.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
