This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assign and oversee incoming real estate leads utilizing internal platforms.

• Monitor lead status and guarantee prompt follow-ups by agents.

• Keep accurate records and updates within relocation/referral systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams and agents to facilitate seamless lead distribution.

• Supervise pipelines to ensure that no lead is neglected.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager in a large real estate brokerage.

• Practical experience with at least one of the following platforms: – eRelocation (by ASK) – AnywheRE / Leads Engine (by Realogy) – Broker Center (by Cartus) – Global Referral Network (by Sotheby’s International Realty) – CIH Network (by Compass Real Estate).

• Background working with established brokerages (e.g., Sotheby’s International Realty, Compass, or similar).

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) – C1/C2 level.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
