This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate connections between professionals and companies specializing in real estate investment lending.

• Assist in various lending roles that encompass DSCR and rental property loans, fix-and-flip financing, bridge and private money loans, ground-up construction, multifamily lending, and rental portfolio financing.

• Conduct recruitment for positions in sales and originations, loan operations, servicing and management, leadership, and capital markets.

• Match candidates’ career aspirations, values, strengths, and goals with the company’s leadership, culture, and growth opportunities.
