This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with investors to facilitate property acquisitions and sales.

• Offer expert advice on contracts, terms, and prevailing market conditions.

• Utilize Skyslope, Follow Up Boss, and other CRM technologies to effectively manage leads and finalize deals.

• Work collaboratively with the team while maintaining a strong sense of independence.

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-lasting client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Real Estate License in Washington is mandatory.

• A genuine passion for real estate is essential.

• Experience with investor clients is preferred.

• A self-driven and goal-oriented attitude with a strong desire for success.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.

• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Must be open to a commission-only compensation structure.

• Information regarding real estate or broker licenses is needed.

• Applicants must reside in Washington, specifically in the Seattle, Moses Lake, Spokane, or Bellingham areas, or in Idaho while servicing Washington.
