• Assess the financial status of the company and its ongoing projects, pinpointing risks and opportunities.

• Create financing and investment frameworks that optimize profitability and improve capital efficiency.

• Examine and evaluate the company's current financial standing.

• Identify financial vulnerabilities as well as operational and financing risks.

• Analyze both existing and prospective investment opportunities.

• Review new acquisition prospects from a financial and investment standpoint.

• Develop and scrutinize financial models (Cash Flow, IRR, ROI, Sensitivity Analysis).

• Recommend appropriate financing structures (equity, bank financing, partnerships).

• Enhance cash flow management to maximize profitability.

• Deliver strategic insights to senior management based on comprehensive financial analysis.

• Assist in making development and expansion decisions from a financial and investment viewpoint.

• At least 10 years of experience in real estate financial consulting.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and conducting feasibility studies.

• Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry (development, acquisition, and operations).

• Capability to evaluate financial risks and make informed investment choices.

• Experience collaborating with banks and in real estate financing is a valuable asset.
