This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee all facets of commercial real estate transactions, encompassing sales, leases, and investment properties.
β’ Administer the preparation, review, and execution of contracts for purchase agreements, lease agreements, and related paperwork.
β’ Monitor and manage critical deadlines, including due diligence periods, financing contingencies, and closing dates.
β’ Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations that govern commercial real estate transactions.
β’ Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other external professionals.
β’ Create and maintain transaction timelines and checklists to ensure thorough oversight.
β’ Act as the primary contact for clients, prospects, and professional partners throughout the transaction process.
β’ Schedule and coordinate property viewings, inspections, appraisals, and closing meetings.
β’ Maintain consistent communication with all parties to provide transaction updates and address any concerns.
β’ Develop client presentations and marketing materials as required.
β’ Prepare, review, and file all documents associated with transactions, including contracts, disclosures, financial statements, and closing documents.
β’ Keep organized digital and physical filing systems for all client and property records.
β’ Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete prior to submission.
β’ Assist in the creation of offering memorandums, property flyers, and marketing packages.
β’ Update and maintain CRM systems with the latest client information, property details, and transaction statuses.
β’ Input and manage commercial property listings in MLS and other commercial real estate databases.
β’ Generate reports and analyses using real estate software and databases.
β’ Conduct market research and compile comparable sales and leasing data.
β’ Assist in property valuations and financial analyses.
β’ Stay informed about local market conditions, zoning regulations, and development trends.
β’ A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate coordination is required.
β’ Proven track record in transaction coordination from contract initiation to closing.
β’ Experience in managing multiple concurrent transactions and meeting deadlines.
β’ Background in commercial real estate is preferred, although substantial residential experience will be considered.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in document preparation and review.
β’ Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including agents, attorneys, lenders, and clients.
β’ Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred).
β’ Familiarity with MLS systems and commercial real estate databases (LoopNet, CoStar preferred).
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Experience with document management systems and electronic signature platforms.
β’ Familiarity with real estate transaction management software (Dotloop, DocuSign, etc.).
β’ A Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) is preferred.
