This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer coaching and support to Real Estate franchise owners, brokers, and managers focused on business sustainability through agent retention, sales growth, and operational performance.
• Establish and maintain a network of collaborative relationships with Franchise Owners & Managers, ensuring clear communication of shared expectations regarding franchisor and franchisee operations.
• Collaborate with Real Estate franchise owners to implement staffing and recruiting strategies, as well as marketing and mentoring programs, along with various revenue-generating initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for both new and existing franchisees to develop and uphold the Realty ONE Group Affiliates business model and operational procedures.
• Act as a strategist, liaison, and trainer, providing guidance for new Franchisees during the orientation process and assisting them in implementing Realty ONE Group Affiliates' operating systems.
• Deliver proactive ongoing support and develop business improvement plans for Franchise owners through webinars and phone consultations to enhance profitability and success.
• Engage in the creation and delivery of system standards training, regional training & workshops, national conventions, E-learning, and on-site training as needed.
• Conduct research and data analysis to produce and present reports effectively.
• Actively engage in Franchise Business Development meetings, communicating efficiently with franchisees regarding any outstanding issues or requests.
• Support franchise development standards, core competency training, onboarding, orientation, and any ongoing training and development requirements.
• Assist in elucidating the alignment of marketing and operational expenses with business projections, collaborating with Franchise owners on necessary future adjustments.
• Oversee additional projects and tasks assigned by the CLO or VPL, develop and implement project action plans, and provide internal updates on progress while collaborating with teams on improvement efforts and company initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the residential real estate brokerage or franchise sector is required.
• Experience in Real Estate franchise business consulting is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in Coaching, Management, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Training, and Operations.
• Proficient in Google Based Apps/G-Suite software and Microsoft Office products.
