This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Possess a real estate license in the state of employment and a commitment to affiliate exclusively with Redfin

• Have access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be prepared to acquire them

• Be willing to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Maintain a reliable mode of transportation and be capable of traveling within your designated market
