This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Showcase properties and organize open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• A valid real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Background check in accordance with applicable laws
