Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Showcase homes and conduct open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients on a self-managed schedule

• Manage workload and organize field events

• Provide service to clients, particularly on weekends

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Partner exclusively with Redfin

• Register with the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Complete a brief application and video screening upon meeting minimum qualifications

• Undergo background checks in accordance with applicable laws

• Possession of a real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to affiliate your license solely with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Eagerness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market area

• Status as an independent contractor

• Background checks in accordance with applicable laws
