• Showcase properties to potential buyers

• Organize and facilitate open house events

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Ownership of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capacity to travel within your designated market area

• Ability to successfully pass Redfin's background screening, in accordance with applicable laws

• Status as an independent contractor
