⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be working and be prepared to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.

• Have access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS or be willing to obtain them.

• Be ready to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Maintain reliable transportation and have the capability to travel within your designated market.
