This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

• Showcase properties, conduct open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Operate remotely in the field with no requirement for office visits.

• Become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Complete a brief application and video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to travel within your designated market area.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.
