Real Estate Associate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Showcase properties and conduct open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Establish your own schedule and manage your workload

• Engage with clients, particularly on weekends

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Become a member of the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Travel throughout your designated market area

• Complete a video screening and recruitment process if selected

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of employment

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or readiness to acquire them

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your market area

• Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
