• Hold a real estate license in the state where you will be working and be prepared to affiliate your license solely with Redfin.

• Possess a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.

• Be ready to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Have a dependable mode of transportation and the capability to travel within your designated market.
