This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

• Possess a real estate license for the state in which you will operate and agree to affiliate your license solely with Redfin.

• Have access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.

• Be prepared to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Maintain a reliable means of transportation and have the ability to travel throughout your market.
