Real Estate and Facilities Management Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead the pan-European real estate strategy for over 65 sites

• Enhance optimisation, cost-effectiveness, and workplace experience

• Develop a top-tier Real Estate & Facilities Management function

• Assume full responsibility for the estate optimisation initiative initiated by external consultants

• Create a comprehensive delivery plan, complete with milestones and target savings

• Serve as the main point of contact for divisional leaders regarding real estate issues

• Formulate and manage team.blue’s real estate strategy and policies

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace strategy

• Proven success in executing an estate optimisation or rationalisation programme

• Experience overseeing a large, geographically diverse portfolio of sites of varying scales

• Expertise in cost reduction and commercial optimisation of real estate portfolios

• Capability to take charge of an ongoing programme and guide it to completion

• Previous experience in a group or central function role with responsibility spanning multiple business units or divisions
