Real Estate Agent – Partnership Opportunity, Listing & Resident Placement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• List rental properties on the MLS and other prominent platforms.

• Showcase properties to potential tenants.

• Engage with and assess applicants to pinpoint qualified candidates.

• Deliver weekly updates regarding showing activity, applicant status, and feedback.

• Adhere to essential deadlines to minimize vacancy periods.

• Facilitate lease signing and manage the transition to our onboarding process for new residents.

• Utilize our online portal to receive listings, submit updates, and communicate effectively.

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing.

• Must be professional, responsive, and highly organized.

• Comfortable with basic technology and capable of using our online portal.

• Ability to evaluate applicants based on the qualifications we establish.

• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
