Real Estate Agent, Partnership Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• List rental properties on the MLS and other prominent platforms

• Conduct property showings for potential tenants

• Engage with and evaluate applicants to pinpoint qualified candidates

• Deliver weekly updates regarding showing activities, applicant statuses, and feedback

• Adhere to key deadlines to reduce vacancy periods

• Facilitate lease signings and assist in the onboarding process for new residents

• Utilize the online portal for receiving listings, submitting updates, and communication

• Collaborate on a property-by-property basis as a local listing and resident-placement partner

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing

• Highly organized, professional, and responsive

• Comfortable with basic technology and proficient in using the online portal

• Capable of screening applicants based on established qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently and adhere to deadlines

• Prior property management experience is not a prerequisite

• Residency in Pittsburgh, PA is required
