• Actively recruiting and nurturing potential Real Estate Agents

• Provides Real Estate School at the office twice a week for agents

• Once licensed, agents can begin working immediately

• Engage in various aspects of real estate, including sales, purchasing, and selling

• Agents are prioritized as the top asset within the company
