• Discover new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• This role necessitates extensive outreach and engagement efforts.
• Average of 30 calls per day along with SMS, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both current and potential clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations customized for the Polish market.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to local requirements.
• Collect and analyze strategic insights regarding the Polish real estate landscape.
• Meet or exceed sales targets established by management.
• Utilize Properstar’s designated systems and tools to log sales activities, monitor prospects, and manage client interactions.
• Proficiency in Polish with the capability to communicate in English as well.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in sales, business development, real estate, or digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the skill to engage and convince clients.
• Self-driven and capable of independently overseeing business development initiatives.
• Experience with CRM tools (such as Hubspot) and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
• Competence in building and sustaining a professional network within the real estate sector.
