React/React-Native Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in requirement analysis alongside the team.

• Implement new features and enhancement projects within the React Native application.

• Contribute to feature development and improvements on the Next.js website.

• Convert designs and wireframes into execution plans for component delivery.

• Assess task complexity for upcoming projects.

• Utilize Claude Code in daily development tasks and critically evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and maintainability.

• Sustain and improve the quality, organization, and automation of existing code.

• Document technical requirements and collaborate with other teams.

• Identify and address performance issues while minimizing technical debt.

• Collaborate with a team of 3–4 frontend developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development and modern component-based frameworks.

• Proficiency in React Native as a primary strength, with working knowledge of ReactJS for web applications.

• Experience in developing and debugging React Native applications, as well as utilizing npm/package management.

• Comfort in building and maintaining production web features using React.

• Strong advantage for experience with Next.js, including routing, SSR/SSG, and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with Claude Code or similar coding tools like Cursor or Copilot.

• Capability to direct AI coding tools, assess their output, and discern when to use them versus writing code independently.

• Some familiarity with Android app development and related tools.

• Experience with the Google release process and setup of the Android Development Environment.

• Some knowledge of iOS app development and tools.

• Experience with the Apple release process and setup of the iOS Development Environment.

• Proficiency in managing certificates and renewals.

• Familiarity with automated build systems such as Bitrise or Jenkins.

• Experience in UI development using CSS.

• Strong writing and communication skills for documenting technical requirements and coordinating with other teams.

• Experience with collaborative design tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Ability to identify performance issues and reduce technical debt.

• Competence in accurately estimating feature-complete work, including documentation and testing.

• Capability to validate timelines set by a product owner.

• Must be able to work in a U.S. time zone.

• Maintain high-speed internet and a professional working environment suitable for clear video conferencing.
