React.js Developer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain tailored software solutions to meet client and business needs.

• Create responsive enterprise web applications utilizing React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and enterprise SaaS platforms, including Zoho as necessary.

• Assist with back-end development and integration tasks, including Node.js services when applicable.

• Implement authentication and authorization frameworks, including JWT and OAuth.

• Utilize DynamoDB for create, read, update, and delete operations.

• Develop program specifications, technical designs, and comprehensive design documentation.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Testers to convert requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Aid the Delivery Lead / Project Manager in scoping, estimation, and delivery planning.

• Write, test, debug, and resolve issues across complex application programs.

• Employ Git for version control and actively participate in code reviews, coding standards, and development best practices.

• Operate independently with minimal assistance while adhering to agile governance, sprint planning, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a developer, with proven expertise in creating custom software solutions.

• Proficient in advanced React.js development.

• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience in delivering responsive enterprise web applications.

• Experience in integrating applications with REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Node.js development; at least one team member must be able to support Node.js build activities.

• Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems.

• Experience in implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT and OAuth.

• Knowledge of working with DynamoDB CRUD operations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience collaborating directly with end users and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze business challenges and document solutions clearly in detailed design documentation.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Familiarity with Agile development lifecycle methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of AWS, API Gateway, enterprise SaaS integrations, and Zoho experience is a plus.
