React Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop client-side code that is not only efficient but also high-performing, testable, scalable, secure, and of exceptional quality.

• Ensure precise status tracking, reporting, and estimation through the use of project methodologies and tools.

• Collect requirements, confirm understanding within the team, and create as well as maintain pertinent documentation.

• Carry out tasks in accordance with the current methodology while adhering to the highest quality standards.

• Promote collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to understand user challenges and refine solutions that enhance client success.

• Assume responsibility for projects from technical design through to successful deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with a minimum of 2+ years in at least one of the listed technologies.

• React (2+ years of experience).

• Familiarity with UI Component Frameworks for React such as Material UI, Chakra UI, React Bootstrap, Semantic UI React, and Ant Design (preferred).

• Knowledge of React State Management tools like Context API, Redux, Zustand, Mobx, and Recoil (preferred).

• Experience with form management in React using Formik and React Hook Forms (preferred).

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript.

• Competence in CSS and HTML (1+ year of experience).

• Understanding of REST APIs.

• Familiarity with chart libraries such as Highcharts, D3, Google Charts, and ChartJS (preferred).

• Experience with frontend unit testing libraries like React Testing Library, Jest, and Mocha (preferred).

• Knowledge of Azure (preferred).

• Experience in developing software systems of medium to large scope and complexity.

• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.

• Understanding of protocols such as HTTP and serialization formats like JSON and XML.

• Experience in building scalable frontend applications.

• Proficiency in the English language.
