React Developer, MERN Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• As a software developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, launching, and maintaining the system.

• You possess a strong passion for comprehending the business context of features created to enhance customer experience and drive adoption.

• You should be familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC), encompassing everything from analysis to deployment.

• Adherence to coding standards and technical design is essential.

• You believe in a systematic approach to system development, ensuring clear documentation (such as flowcharts, layouts, etc.) of functionality and addressing every use case with innovative solutions.

• You adapt structured coding styles to facilitate easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code.

• You will integrate the developed functionality and/or components into a fully operational system.

• Ensuring that unit and integration-level verification plans are established and maintain high-quality code at all times is crucial.

• You will actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and updating the current live system.

• Verifying user feedback is key to making the system more stable and user-friendly.

• You will collaborate closely with analysts, designers, and fellow developers.

• Preparing technical training documents for onboarding new engineers is also part of your responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Web Developer or in a related role is preferred, though exceptional candidates with strong MERN Stack skills may also be considered.

• A solid understanding of OOPS concepts, Persistence, and Threading is necessary.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the MERN Stack, especially React and Redux, is essential.

• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is required.

• Competence in developing web applications using popular web frameworks will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms is expected.

• Experience with open-source projects will be a plus.

• A background in Engineering with strong oral and written communication skills is preferred.

• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or OpenStack is advantageous.
