React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated, high-performance web applications utilizing React, TypeScript, and contemporary front-end tools.

• Design and sustain scalable UI component libraries along with shared design systems.

• Develop reusable, maintainable, and modular code adhering to industry best practices.

• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) when suitable (using Next.js or similar frameworks).

• Ensure top-notch code quality through automated testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

• Enhance applications for optimal speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO metrics.

• Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and rendering inefficiencies.

• Guarantee compatibility across various browsers and mobile devices.

• Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams.

• Engage in architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making processes.

• Work with Product teams to convert business requirements into technical tasks and user flows.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, retrospectives, and demos.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in Frontend Development.

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• In-depth knowledge of React fundamentals (hooks, context, state management, lifecycle).

• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX).

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Sass, responsive design practices, and component-driven architecture.

• Practical experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

• Proficient in Git, conducting code reviews, and engaging with modern CI/CD workflows.

• Exceptional debugging, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

• English communication skills that facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
