This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create, develop, and revise training materials, such as presentations, user manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions both virtually and in-person for clients and internal teams.
• Evaluate training requirements and customize content and delivery methods for varied audiences.
• Offer continuous support and consultation to trainees.
• Collaborate with teams in product development, implementation, and support.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and evaluations.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in Modernizing Medicine's RCM software and industry best practices.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of a knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
• Travel as necessary for on-site training and support at client locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in RCM training, implementation, or a related role in healthcare IT.
• Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Cycle Management processes.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).
• Proven ability to design and present compelling and effective training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in producing professional training documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in professional training or adult education is preferred.
