RCM Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the evaluation and design phase for new client onboarding — assessing EMR configurations, billing workflows, payer agreements, and accounts receivable health.

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and structural vulnerabilities in a new client's revenue cycle and develop a comprehensive remediation strategy.

• Take ownership of the transition from "their current methods" to "MedMan's established practices" — encompassing EMR refinement, workflow design, and process alignment.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients during the onboarding process and complex engagements, showcasing MedMan's expertise with authority and precision.

• Recognize recurring patterns among clients and convert them into scalable, well-documented process frameworks.

• Establish new operational pathways — not temporary solutions — when common issues highlight a systemic gap.

• Lead post-implementation evaluations and optimization cycles with a focus on continuous improvement, rather than mere completion.

• Maintain proactive communication with Champions and leadership — highlight trends, identify structural risks, and report on progress with clarity and accuracy.

• Elevate the analytical standards of the team through the quality of your insights and the thoroughness of your documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in medical practice billing, including accounts receivable management, denial resolution, and charge entry.

• More than 3 years of experience with eCW and/or athena.

• Proven experience in designing or leading process improvement initiatives within a billing or revenue cycle management environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
