• Oversee the creation and distribution of reports and process documentation.
• Ensure that data in reports and workflows is accurate and complete.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to collect essential information for projects or process improvements.
• Develop and implement report templates to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain a well-organized system for the storage and retrieval of reports and process documents.
• Analyze report data and present findings and insights to RCM and CBO management.
• Keep in regular contact with the RCM manager to grasp project or process requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and suggest solutions to improve procedures.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe.
• Experience with AdvancedMD Analytics for report generation and data management.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes and related terminology.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Capability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
