• Handle over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, healthcare providers, or insurance companies.
• Set up payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
• Regularly use various resources to address patient inquiries during calls.
• Achieve performance objectives consistently.
• Demonstrate the ability to master processes following a comprehensive training program.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• A minimum of 1 year of call center experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with medical billing, insurance claims, and explanations of benefits is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in patient billing is preferred.
• Capability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications.
• Proficient in alpha-numeric data entry.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
