This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute projects focused on the creation of new business and insurance agreements.

• Manage system enhancements, compliance issues, and improvements.

• Ensure that ongoing operations comply with established policies and regulations.

• Work in conjunction with billing management to address and resolve claim-related issues.

• Track performance metrics driven by configuration.

• Collaborate effectively with system vendors, IT teams, and integration specialists.

• Evaluate the financial implications of configuration choices and any resulting errors.

• Lead significant system configuration initiatives.

• Stay updated on payer, regulatory, and coding changes.

• Conduct quality reviews on finalized configurations.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing current work processes.
