This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated RCM clients
• Facilitate regular client meetings aimed at discussing performance, trends, action plans, and overall account health
• Establish trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic advice
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions
• Assist with client renewals, plan modifications, provider additions/removals, and transitions between accounts
• Take ownership of clinic revenue cycle KPI performance, encompassing accounts receivable, aging, clean claims, denials, payment rates, and collections
• Identify underlying issues affecting financial performance and propose solutions
• Create action plans to enhance collections, lessen aging, and streamline workflows
• Keep track of payer trends, reimbursement patterns, denials, and operational risks
• Collaborate with claims, billing, coding, posting, vendor, and operations teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and enhance workflows
• Ensure that system configurations and billing parameters facilitate accurate claim submission and maximize payments
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Analyze trends, financial results, and operational performance utilizing reporting tools and dashboards
• Provide executive summaries and recommendations to leadership
• Assist in the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and operational insights
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy and security regulations
• Stay updated on Medicare, payer, and revenue cycle regulatory changes
• Document workflows, protocols, and best practices
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development
• At least 3+ years of experience in healthcare account management, revenue cycle management, or medical billing operations
• Preferred experience in outsourced billing, multi-specialty, or multi-client healthcare settings
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and handle escalations
• Working knowledge of medical billing, coding, front office workflows, payer reimbursement, and physician practice operations
• Solid understanding of Medicare, commercial insurance, HMOs, PPOs, and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional formatting, and data analysis
• Experience with EHR/PM systems and healthcare technology platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom, and Google
• Strong project management and follow-through capabilities
• Data-driven mindset coupled with robust business acumen
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• May require travel to the corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations across North America
