• Act as the subject matter expert in ISO Commercial Lines rating, encompassing Forms, Rules, Loss Costs, multi-state rating, and regulatory intricacies.
• Assist clients in the adoption and execution of ISO ERC and other Verisk rating solutions.
• Aid carriers, MGAs, and vendor partners in the integration of ISO content, whether through ERC or via customized ISO ingestion and configuration.
• Convert client needs into rating designs and suggest best practices for precision, compliance, maintainability, and performance.
• Engage in workshops, roadmap discussions, solution assessments, and implementation design meetings.
• Offer subject matter expertise during pre-sales discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concept sessions, assisting clients in recognizing the value and features of Verisk rating products.
• Establish credibility with client executives, project teams, and delivery partners through robust domain and technical knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and delivery teams to enhance rating capabilities and solution architecture.
• Contribute to the creation of Statements of Work and estimation activities by providing SME-level insights.
• Take part in internal evaluations of rating logic, product improvements, implementation strategies, and documentation.
• Influence the product roadmap by pinpointing opportunities for enhancements in rating content ingestion, configuration, and delivery workflows.
• Provide advice on continuous improvement practices for ISO rating implementations and solution adoption.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO Commercial Lines rating, including Forms, Rules, Loss Costs, multi-state rating, and state-specific differences.
• Practical experience in implementing ISO rating for a carrier, MGA, or vendor.
• Familiarity with or understanding of Verisk’s ISO Electronic Rating Content (ERC), including its structure, maintenance, and integration.
• Candidates should possess extensive experience in implementing ISO circulars across one or more Commercial Lines.
• Solid comprehension of the admitted insurance landscape and prevalent implementation challenges.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing abilities.
• Experience working with or integrating into rating/pricing platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Earnix, CGI Ratabase, Majesco, Insurity, or proprietary carrier engines.
• Background in consulting or software-enabled change, ideally supporting insurance transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Exposure to underwriting, actuarial, or product management roles.
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Commercially aware with the capacity to balance accuracy, efficiency, and client impact.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in complex multi-team settings.
