This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Drives the advancement of the CentriMag blood pump system within the region, utilizing specialized clinical and product knowledge in acute mechanical circulatory support.
• Serves as the regional authority on the application of CentriMag for Extra-Corporeal Life Support (ECLS) and cannulation.
• Targets new medical centers for the adoption of CentriMag.
• Operates autonomously to establish relationships and enhance product utilization through comprehensive product education and sharing of best practices.
• Collaborates with the Territory Manager to promote utilization and foster relationships.
• Independently evaluates and qualifies accounts for CentriMag.
• Works in conjunction with the Territory Manager on opportunities at medical centers.
• Partners with the Territory Manager and Business Development Manager throughout the sales process, which includes leading product demonstrations and gaining support from key clinical stakeholders.
• Oversees and facilitates post-purchase training.
• Develops and nurtures Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) interested in Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)/ECLS.
• Instructs sales and clinical teams on CentriMag and emerging trends in ECLS and ACS (e.g., during New Hire Orientation).
• Clinical experience in relevant areas of acute mechanical circulatory support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skilled in navigating customer environments involving clinicians with diverse roles, styles, and objectives to promote therapy utilization.
• Capable of collaborating with clinical colleagues to train and inspire staff.
• Sales-oriented with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Experience working within a team selling environment.
• Successful track record in a highly competitive sales environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales colleagues to finalize sales.
• Maintains a clean driving record.
• Capable of working effectively from a home office and must provide most of their own typing, filing, and communication support.
• Knowledge of and compliance with AdvaMed guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with territory teams, clinical teams, training and education, marketing, technical support, and management teams.
