Product Designer Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Lead the formulation of design solutions for intricate product challenges, considering user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and other departments to identify opportunities and prioritize enhancements in the seller experience.

• Spearhead and assist in discovery initiatives such as user interviews, data analysis, and journey mapping.

• Develop flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring clarity and excellence in the user experience.

• Validate product hypotheses through usability testing, experiments, and user feedback.

• Contribute to the growth and consistent application of the Design System throughout the product.

• Evaluate product metrics and user behavior to guide design choices.

• Lead ideation and co-creation workshops with cross-functional teams.

• Serve as a design resource within the team, supporting fellow designers and elevating the quality of solutions.

• Record design decisions and rationale to ensure alignment and scalability.

• Extensive proven experience as a Product Designer within digital product teams.

• Capability to operate across both product discovery and delivery phases.

• Experience with user-centered design and research methodologies.

• Strong systems thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma).

• Background in usability testing and hypothesis validation.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting and advocating design decisions to various stakeholders.

• Experience utilizing or contributing to Design Systems.
