• Develop and compose detailed rating reports that encompass conceptualization, data analysis, and the clear presentation of findings.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, sales, and external partners to align internal requirements and constraints with business goals and customer expectations.
• Guarantee that research initiatives and data compilation adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancements in data collection, automation, analytics, and reporting processes.
• Stay ahead of industry best practices.
• Enhance our comprehensive rating framework by ensuring the accuracy and relevance of metrics through the analysis of market conditions and trends in digital assets.
• At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the financial sector, particularly in credit risk and credit ratings; familiarity with structured finance risk management practices is a plus.
• Proven knowledge in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets, with practical experience in real-world asset (RWA) applications within digital finance.
• Skilled in data analytics, with practical experience using analytical tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights; knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks for collaborative project execution is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and the regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, including emerging compliance and risk management standards.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a history of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with the capability to create clear and thorough reports and presentations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to formulate and implement plans based on market research, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
