Advanced Analyst, Quality & Blueprint

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth strategic analyses of customer experience factors (such as cleanliness, check-in, communication, etc.), addressing symptoms, root causes, and proposed solutions.

• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and quasi-experiments to assess the effects of quality and blueprint initiatives, with a keen focus on the nuances of a two-sided marketplace.

• Create and utilize causal inference frameworks (such as difference-in-differences, synthetic controls, and propensity score matching) to accurately gauge the real impact of product, policy, and operational changes.

• Utilize large language models and AI-assisted analytics to derive structured insights from unstructured data, facilitating the generation of root-cause taxonomies across millions of trips.

• Develop and validate metrics that track customer experience health and identify emerging quality concerns.

• Create and sustain analytical tools (queries, dashboards, reports) that empower stakeholders to access information independently.

• Convert complex analyses into straightforward, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis.

• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.

• Demonstrated success in designing and analyzing A/B experiments within a product environment.

• Strong product analytics expertise, capable of both creating dashboards/visualizations and conveying the foundational data to non-technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.

• Capacity to work independently and take full ownership of projects from start to finish.
