• Formulate strategic media plans aligned with briefs and business goals;
• Evaluate accounts and suggest restructuring options;
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and seasonal plans that include projections for reach, CTR, CPC, and CPA;
• Design, set up, launch, and enhance campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Spotify Ads;
• Create sophisticated audience segmentations based on demographics, behaviors, and remarketing;
• Connect accounts with GA4, Meta Pixel, and offline conversions;
• Generate technical and executive reports featuring KPIs like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates;
• Hold client meetings to present strategies and align objectives;
• Suggest improvements for processes and operational workflows in collaboration with account and creative teams.
• At least 3 years of experience in paid media (Meta Ads and Google Ads);
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
• Capability to independently manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines;
• Excellent presentation skills and consultative communication with clients;
• Certifications in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (preferred);
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, social networks, and related channels.

• Recommendations for literature and established methodologies to enhance service delivery;
