Independent IPO Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a continuous research framework for all US IPOs and direct listings with an anticipated deal size of $100 million or more.

• Utilize a data-driven approach to evaluate and rank deals.

• Perform fundamental research and provide valuation insights prior to IPOs.

• Deliver personalized service to selected institutional clients both before and after deals.

• Significant research and/or investment experience with institutional clients (5 years or more).

• Proven experience and connections within the US equity capital markets.

• Strong writing skills for research documentation.
