• Execute global market research and engage in salary surveys to gather and analyze competitive salary data.
• Assess job roles to establish suitable classifications, salary grades, and FLSA status.
• Assist in managing core compensation processes, including the annual salary review cycle, merit increases, and calculations for bonus/incentive plans.
• Oversee and ensure strict adherence to a wide range of global, federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as tax implications associated with compensation.
• Provide consultation and support to HR Business Partners, recruiters, and management across various countries regarding job offers, promotions, and compensation policies.
• Perform complex statistical analyses and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement or growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to grasp business requirements and convert data findings into actionable insights.
• Create, develop, and sustain comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards (utilizing tools like Tableau) to effectively convey insights and KPIs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess, refine, and guarantee the integrity and accuracy of internal data management systems and data acquisition processes.
• Deconstruct complex business challenges into essential components and propose practical solutions.
• Over 5 years of experience in global compensation, data analytics, and modeling.
• CCP certification is preferred (background in benefits is an advantage).
• High proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as UKG or Workday, along with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with international benchmarking data (Aon/Radford preferred).
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to translate complex data and policies into clear, comprehensible information.
