Rare Disease HIT Solutions Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Direct the strategic initiatives and customer engagement efforts of RD HIT with prominent health systems within the specified region.

• Act as Pfizer's representative in collaboration with customer representatives.

• Offer strategic assistance and direction for utilizing e-platforms to enhance the progression of care.

• Participate in major Health IT conferences and Pfizer Health IT summits, sharing valuable insights.

• Willingness to travel up to 35% as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• EHR certifications or an advanced degree in a Health IT/Informatics-related field necessary.

• Extensive experience in the functional and technical implementation of health information technology.

• Experience in clinical integration throughout the care continuum.

• Knowledge of the Health IT landscape, including the interconnections among key players in the sector.

• Practical experience with leading EHR products is preferred (e.g., Epic, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, Cerner, etc.).

• Awareness of how healthcare reform initiatives impact the healthcare landscape, including Leading Health Systems, Pharma, and Payers.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong presentation skills required.
