RAFM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist LATRO in managing global telecommunications revenue assurance and fraud management (RAFM) operations.

• Execute a range of RAFM duties across managed services projects, encompassing the implementation, execution, and oversight of tailored RA and FM controls.

• Detect and substantiate suspected fraud activities, collaborating with field teams to prosecute and investigate fraudulent cases.

• Leverage existing RAFM tools to meet business requirements.

• Develop and apply customized RA and FM controls based on client business KPIs and specific assurance requirements.

• Gather, analyze, and prepare data for Fraud Detection and Revenue Assurance reports.

• Evaluate qualitative data to spot trends, make logical conclusions, and offer recommendations to customers.

• Guarantee that RA and FM controls are implemented hourly, daily, and weekly, escalating findings that affect client operations.

• Create regular reports and deliver insightful presentations to clients, showcasing LATRO’s contributions.

• Recognize and monitor current fraud trends by analyzing database records and other sources.

• Maintain and develop new data sets and systems.

• Observe mobile network activities and trends to identify potential fraud patterns.

• Communicate effectively with relevant clients and colleagues to address fraud-related issues.

• Uphold a high standard of customer service while assisting clients.

• Participate in projects that align with Corporate and Departmental Objectives, utilizing established guidelines, making decisions, and documenting outcomes.

• Provide training for both internal staff and customers.

• Stay informed on international trends related to fraud and revenue assurance.

• Monitor product-related incidents/tickets to uncover potential implications for client deliverables.

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and client deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.

• Practical knowledge of GSM/UMTS technology.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

• Strong focus on detail and precision.

• Ability to cultivate cross-cultural relationships (both internal and external).

• Functional knowledge of mobile telecommunications systems and operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

• Skills in querying and utilizing databases (MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB) are advantageous.

• Familiarity with various OSS/BSS systems and their associated data is a plus.

• High level of interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Eagerness to learn about current wireless and computer technologies.

• Interest and proficiency in international business and cultural dynamics.

• Fluency in foreign languages (both spoken and written): English (French and Arabic are a plus).
