This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Conduct radon measurements in both residential and commercial settings using Continuous Radon Monitors (CRM’s).
• Install, retrieve, and operate radon measurement equipment correctly.
• Confirm and document the necessary testing conditions prior to commencing measurements.
• Maintain precise testing records and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Download, analyze, and submit radon measurement results.
• Generate accurate and timely reports on radon measurements.
• Ensure that assigned vehicles, equipment, and testing devices are kept in optimal working condition.
• Engage professionally with clients, occupants, real estate agents, and office personnel.
• Adhere to all relevant safety protocols while conducting fieldwork.
• Keep all necessary licenses, certifications, and continuing education up to date.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving history.
• Proficient in using tablets, smartphones, and computer software.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Capable of working independently while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.
• Acquire and maintain an Ohio Radon Measurement License.
• Successfully fulfill all state licensing prerequisites, including the necessary examination and background check.
• Complete all continuing education required for license renewal.
• Obtain and retain all licenses or certifications mandated by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Fulfill all continuing education requirements to maintain licensure.
• Company-sponsored licensing and training may be available for eligible candidates.
