Radiology Operations – Enterprise Imaging SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assess the existing radiology and teleradiology operations.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of operations, staff utilization, workflow efficiency, and service dependability across the supported facilities.

• Offer recommendations aimed at enhancing radiology workflow execution, scalability, and operational sustainability.

• Execute workflow mapping and process analysis spanning clinical operations and technical support functions.

• Assist in the creation of demand-capacity models and performance threshold evaluations.

• Work in conjunction with quality management stakeholders to facilitate future-state recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Informatics, Information Technology, or a related healthcare or technical discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting Radiology operations, Teleradiology services, Enterprise imaging environments, or Healthcare imaging informatics.

• Proven experience in PACS/RIS administration or operational support, Enterprise imaging workflows, Imaging interoperability and integration, Clinical radiology operations, or Healthcare workflow analysis.

• CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or healthcare IT certifications are preferred.
